idling problems 2.0ts

my alfa 156,2.0ts is idling at around 1500rpm when i stop at lights for instance,it then drops to 1000rpm after about 10 seconds, whats causing this?i have had this problem for the last few weeks,i have changed all 8 plugs, but no difference,i have put it on a diagnostic machine, and the errors it showed were, intake air temp sensor, phase variator, injector circuit cylinder3,injector circuit cylinder4,injector cylinder2 and injector cylinder1,all these errors were cleared.

Jaaaaag

Did the errors come back again after they were cleared?

I'd suspect a gummed-up throttle body...The other issues could do with being investigated if they return...

the phase variator fault is the solenoid behind the oil filler cap,

i would say your fault is to do with the air intake sender,

does yor car have a throttle cable or a potentiometer
