2.0 TS Headgasket Gone?

Looking at a friends car with a suspected head gasket failure , there is no sign of oil and water mixing in the sump or under the cam covers. Only place I can see there has been mixing is in the breather hose that goes into the inlet pipe in front of the throttle body. This seems a bit strange to me, can't quite work out where the water would be coming from. Maybe the throttle body?

Just wondering if it's usual to be like this?

Prob condensation if the car has been used on short journeys,

If the heater blows hot air, and the header tank pressurises ok, should be ok

is there any black gunk in the header tank

The head gasket has 100% blown as the head came off today. Whats weird is the only place there is any sign of mayo is in the inlet manifold. Nothing in the engine at all. The radiator is totally shot so thats the suspected cause of the HG failure but the fact there is mayo only in the inlet manifold is strange to me?
