Hmmm How to find out is it 1.6TS or 1.8TS

Hi all!!!I would be very glad if someone could give me an advice.A couple of days ago I decided to make some maintenance on my 1.8TS CF2 99' AR Spider.Till the moment everything were fine, all necessary spares were bought and delivered to workshop, almost all suspension parts were replaced, rear powerflexed, now need only to replace cam belt kit, oils and filters. But yesterday technician called me and say that the cam belt I supply is wrong (it has 168 teeth) but the one he take from the car has only 163 teeth.
I looked all the catalogs that I could find and there is no such belt size for 1.8 TS.
I could find only one 163 teeth belt for 1.6 TS engine.

Of course now I have doubts regarding volume of my engine, is it 1.6 or 1.8???
Could somebody advice is there some kind of visual difference?Or how could I find out what kind of engine I have?
(by the way in all documents is listed that I have 1.8 TS of course)

Thanks a lot, but I still have some doubts. In accordance with VIN and all other documents it should be 1.8, that's why I still need to check is there such 1.8 with 163 teeth cam belt (in fact I have 163 teeth cam belt now)

From the middle of '99 till middle of '00 there is 1.8 TS issue
But there is no 1.6TS Spiders. That's why I'm a little bit worried.

GTV & Spider were available as a 1.8TS, but never sold in the UK.

As for BeMike's issue, there is a small flat area on the front of the block, near the gearbox end.
That has the engine number stamped into it.
Won't be easy to see, but worth trying, then see if it matches the chassis plate and ePER details.
