Alfa Romeo Engine Numbers TS,JTS,V6,JTD

I've been searching a for a while now without success for an engine number for the 2.0 JTS i realise i can get this either from the Slam panel or the users manual but i'm not near either at the moment so i thought it would be a good idea to compile a list on the forum for people to be able to find the code in one place... So if i start us off could all with knowledge edit and repost with additions...

*PLEASE NOTE*
This list of engine numbers has been compiled to aid people in the search for parts online and so to gain a more accurate price but what ever item is searched for the vehicle specific number should be used from the slam panel...

Some vary between different cars.
In the 156, the 2.0TS was 32301 (Euro2 155bhp) & 32310 (Euro3 150bhp)
2.0JTS was 937A1.000 (166bhp) & 937A2.000 (162bhp)

If you are going to make a list, then you need to include which car they are for because, as I said, they are usually specific to a car and not just for every car at that time.

What V6 do you want?

Just thought I would add, If you know your chassis number, you just need to stick it in the Fiat eper HERE and it will tell you your engine code etc.

Cheers

Or you could just look on the chassis plate and the engine code is on there.

Good post Biffa!

In Brazil we have the 2.0 TS with code AR32303, which is basically an euro 2 engine with modifications for Brazil, probably because of our gasoline (composed around 20% of alcohol).
