V6 top engine mount

I've just replaced my top engine mount in an attempt to get rid of a wobble I was experiencing.

It was easy to replace, but the rear bolt has a free nut underneath giving some adjustment of engine angle? I'm assuming the best way to do it is to stop the car on a level surface, loosen the rear bolt and let it get it's natural level then tighten up?

Is there an angle it should be at, or should I go for the flat surface method?

I'd just loosen it then let it settle (flat surface) and then re-tighten it.

When I removed mine I found that I had to jack the sump up a bit to get the engine mount on "straight". Otherwise the back end didn't line up with the clamp .. the bolt wouldn't go through.
