GT '56 JTDm 36k service - CAM Belt

My car is a few weeks away from its 36k services, this will still be within the 3 year warrenty period (exp. Sept '09).

How much should I be expecting to pay a AR dealer?

Should the CAM Belt be changed in this services or do I need to be asking for it to get done?

Anything I should try a get via Warrenty as this will be its last services in its warrenty period?

Thanks for your respones in advance...

That is the official recommendation but 48K 4 years is being seen as more realistic due to the water pump failures causing belt failures. have a read through here
