1.9 16v JTDM/Multijet lack of power when warm?

Hello AO a few weeks ago I changed my turbocharger for a reconditioned one and my Bravo is running well, although recently I have noticed a slight lack of power as soon as my temperature gauge hits 90, there is also a very noticeable lack of torque, it's not a lot but surely enough to notice, and I can hear a slight hissing noise when the car is at higher RPM but is not related to boost, I thought I may have not tightened boost hoses enough, I made a boost leak tester at work to check the pressurized side of the turbo, it held 30 psi and after 10 minutes dropped to nothing I decided this wasn't a problem as maybe a set of valves were open slightly as I could not hear any hissing and the boost pipes were pretty hard at 30 psi. I have taken a few photos I will post on Imgur for you all to see, there was a little oil on the induced and reduced of the compressor side on the turbo, the amount of oil tells me it is normal from crankcase ventilation but would like a second opinion, as far as the slight lack of power when the temperature gauge hits 90 I'm stumped what do you think AO

Thanks for looking

Also an update there is slight clutch slip at 2000-2250 rpm although the amount of slip is very small and although it's hard to tell it stops completely after 2500 or less, the boring point is very high and the pedal is strangely very smooth, anybody have a clue...new clutch? Or hydraulic problem? And anybody like to help with my original question

Already checked the MAP sensor for contamination? It is easy to remove, check and clean.

I wonder how it may be with the EGR blanked.

If clutch is still light, I think it is near the end of its life.

Yes, clean boost pressure (MAP) sensor with brake/electrical contact cleaner.

Diagnostic data to verify the MAF sensor is good would be useful.
