JTD 16v Injector Correction

Cars running rough as old boots on cold idle, and feels restricted to hell mid/top end, as if its choking.

Checked replaced; All boost hoses/intercooler, MAF, MAP Sensor, All vacuum hoses.

the negative on cylinder 3 i assumed was the connector.. changed and checked, these are the values after..

From what i have read +-0.9 is acceptable.

Car is 150bhp GT, with 1756 Hybrid.

Are the 170 injectors higher flow? is there a middle upgrade between my current and ducati injectors?

Thanks

Luke

What year is your GT?

I would start with a compression test, those figures don't look too bad.

54 plate, its gotten progressivly worse, engine note has changed.

54 plate is pre-swirl flaps so not one of those.. The values by themselves are not terrible but you've clearly got issues there, when was the last time it had a fuel filter?

Might be worth doing a run with live data logging, see how well boost matches desired boost, see how well fuel pressure matches desired etc

if you do a compression test and it works out ok, swap the highest positive ijector with the highest negative, and recode them properly. don't forget that injector corrections are made to level out the torque generated by each cylinder, and are NOT only for correcting injector differences. So a cylinder with slightly different compression combined with a slightly different injector can give a big outlier in the correction results, hence the swapping to even things out more.

I believe the 2.0/2.4 injectors are middle ground between your and ducati corse injectors. But double check that.

Are your maf readings logical? check the egr and if blocked off, check if the blockage isn't blown through.
