Is Midlands too big an Area?

Just as a thought, there has been little or no interest in any activities here, could it be that Midlands is too general a term? Should it be East and West?

Just a thought....

I'm a new member and have mainly joined to exploit the skill knowledge, skill and experience of the members. I can do this at meetings and I'm quite sociable so would be happy to turn up. As venues in Loughborough are suggested and I live in Nottingham that is a possibility.
As to the size of the midlands if it covers the area we normally geographically think of Yes it is too big for this sort of membership. But hey it can work if people want it too.

I've already mentioned that I'd be willing to go halves with gav but I'm not well enough to do it at the mo Once I'm better, we'll sort something out.

FYI, The same area is split into 4 by AROC
