Their incompetence knows no bounds :(

I've always had good, efficient service from SEAT, Skoda & Honda dealers - no issues whatsoever.

So perhaps the service I've received form my local Alfa garage makes it seem 100 x worse

Every time they have had the opportunity to make things better they've cocked it up again and again..

Not ordering parts, not calling me to tell me my car won't be ready until the following week, fitting the part and then not checking that the new one was ok (it wasn't) saying that they would send me a discount voucher for my next service and then not bothering (not that I would trust them to service my car)

Today I took my 159 in to have a new clutch fitted (god only knows how many times its going to take them to get that right) as I have a 159, last week I asked nicely if I could have something bigger than a Mito - 'no problem sir - considering the issues you have had'

Arrived today (rang first to check they had ordered the part) and they handed me a set of keys for a Mito - mentioned I had asked about something bigger - 'oh yes - sorry I forgot'

Never mind - walked outside to a nice red Mito turned the key and it sounded like someone was killing it slowly - engine management light on...................

ARRRGGGGHHHHH - i don't like to bad mouth business but this just takes the........

I also think I have a duty to warn other people that live near me...

Sorry to hear your having trouble Hope you get it sorted though the 159 is a cracking car and does not deserve to be let down by poor service

This was work done under warranty - despite the 15% off voucher they gave me for servicing I will not be going back !
