Right, finally got round to doing this

Its the time of year for the Auto Italia Concours at Stanford so here goes

Cue blurb form the Auto Italia website....
"Great cars in a great location. The UK’s finest Italian cars will once again be gathering at this stately home venue. Centrally located and with easy motorway access, Stanford Hall provides a lovely backdrop flanked by acres of well trimmed grass. As usual the special lawned area in front of the Hall has been set aside for the concours display that will once again feature the National Fiat and Abarth Concours, Lancias and other selected special cars. A substantial area has also been set aside to celebrate Alfa Romeo’s 100th anniversary. Visitors can expect see a strong turnout of Maseratis supported by Ferrari and Lamborghini supercars.

Entry is £10 for adults, only £2 for children. It's a pay-on-the-day event, no advance booking is required

To register your pre-2000 Italian car for the Fiat and Abarth, Lancia or general concours please submit your application to Phil Ward at [email protected]"

I am also going to attempt to organise a place for all the 916 Spiders and GTVs to all park together so if a gate steward sends you all to one place I have succeeded

EDIT sorry
If you lot want to, the plan is to meet up at the Travel Lodge at close by at 10am for an en mass convoy to the event

The travelodge address is:

Rugby Road
Lutterworth
Leicestershire
LE17 4BP

The details for Stanford Hall are:
STANFORD HALL, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 6DH
Tel: 01788 860250
Fax: 01788 860870
E-mail: [email protected]

Hope to see loads of you there
