You can turn up on the day it's a bit more expensive. If you are a member there 's a discount. But it's usually good value anyway.

AROC Spring Alfa Day 2009

Here's the full blurb...

Shuttleworth Collection
Sunday 3rd May 2009
The Shuttleworth Collection
Old Warden
Biggleswade
Beds SG18 9EP

More than 1,500 Alfa Romeo owners and enthusiasts are expected to ‘touch down’ at Old Warden Aerodrome on Sunday 3rd May. The AROC’s ‘season opening’ Spring Alfa Day will compliment Shuttleworth’s first Air Display of 2009.

The world famous Collection of over 40 historic aircraft (all in flying condition), cars, motorcycles and carriages is housed within eight floodlit hangars, including a garage and coach room. Visitors can see the history of the aeroplane from the pioneering Bleriot through to the Spitfire. The venue also offers the famous Swiss Garden, a Bird of Prey Centre and the Jubilee Play Area for the children. A full range of catering facilities will be available throughout the day.

The Club is delighted to announce we will be re-uniting the Collection on the day with the actual Alfa Romeo P3 Tipo B racing car in which Richard Shuttleworth won the 1935 Donington Grand Prix. The car will be magnificently displayed in hangar 5. An area of hard-standing outside will be set-aside for vintage Alfa Romeo cars.
Spring Alfa Day will see iconic and evocative examples of this famous marque from the past 70 years on display. A real opportunity to see the changing style and sophistication Alfa Romeo in one place.

The event will be supported by a local Alfa Romeo main dealer with a display of new and used cars. A number of trade and private stands offering parts, accessories, miniatures, literature and models will all be present. The event is not to be missed by any true Alfa fan!

PLESE NOTE AMMENDED PRICES

AROC members can take advantage of a special advance booking discount saving £4.00 entry fee per person on-the-day. Please complete the booking form enclosed with the February magazine.

Correct prices for the event is as follows

AROC Members advanced price £16.00 (Saving £4)
General Admisison on the day £18.00 (saving £2)

All children under 16 are FREE.

Many thanks, with apologies

Regards

I don't know where you got those prices, however they are wrong.

The AROC members advance price is £16 per person over the age of 16. For those wishing to pay on the day, the price will be £18.

The normal admission price is £20.00.
