What is East Anglian?

I live in Peterborough and it seems to be an island not incorporated into anywhere else.

Where does East Anglia cover? Seems lots of bods in Norwich and thereabout. What are the boundaries?

To me, East Anglia comprises of a small part of Cambs, Suffolk/Norfolk & North Essex.
You're right in a way, Peterborough is it's own Kingdom.
I regularly visit a customer in Chatteris and that has a PE postcode.

Peterborough is nicely placed giving you 360 degree access to events, and looks an ideal spot to be. "East Anglia" covers a vast area, but little or nothing happens now in Norfolk - a big county - although there are lots of Alfa Romeo cars running round in the area. A far cry from the past when there was even a Christmas meal meet at Sheringham where the sea gives only some 180 degrees of access. What has gone wrong?

I don't think anything has gone wrong, it's just that maybe people find their own little niches and are happy there.
I am a member of a local general retro car club and very happy.
ALSO....My general interest is in the 916 series and not much more. To be frank, I would have nothing in common with say someone who has a Mito, Giulietta or other.
Even the 4c does not interest me much.
I'm not saying they are bad cars or anything, it's just that it's no different to someone owning a Ford Escort mk 1or 2 and having a meet with folk who have Cmax's etc. There's nothing to talk about.

Not very accurate although someone wants to put the world to rights - it's Fakenham with a capital F.
