Service in Kings Lynn

Is there anyone in Kings Lynn that members trust to service their Alfa?

I'm sick of using the stealer in Norwich, and I work in Lynn so it makes sense to get it done locally to work.

Any ideas?

If you mean routine servicing such as oil changes, brakes, and other non Alfa specific work, J I in Valingers Road are OK and reasonable IMHO
OTOH for Alfa specific work, I can't suggest anyone, having lived in KL for 50 yrs.
For this reason, I prefer to do my own work.

PS - does no one have any V6 cam locks I could borrow

AlfaShop are pretty good, although also in Norwich, just off the ring road near Comet. Don't think there are any Alfa places in KL.

i use Charlies in terrington st clement. he is a proper mechanic rather than a part replacer and is excellent and very fair and competative. He is happy to fit parts supplied by me too, even from ebay. definately recommended.

You may if not sorted yet,

speak to Shaun Hagen,

good guy knows his cars, decent team of fitters and is a 750 motor club saxo cup racer as well,

easy to get to on the saddlebow industrial estate, just turn in first left before you get to the speedway and he is in on the left..

Tell him Pat put you his way...

Same goes for Charlies service station, nothing plush and you get what you pay for, which i think it is how it should be, main agents and franchises have to many no productive staff to be paid so the customer is the cash cow....

Thanks for that. I actually had her done at Desira in Norwich in the end as it gave me the stamp!

They quoted me 100 cheaper to do the 48k service than Alfa shop in the city for the same service inc pollen filter, perhaps competition is good!

See

It pays to shop local, lets face it a bearing can only be installed one way so why pay double...

Got to see charlie soon , for mot.... good value and good service, ok so no nice public seating area and no plasma and news papers, but who wants to pay for all that...
