It looks handsome and purposeful, has competition pedigree, was very quick for the time and is still no slouch, quite rare, unusual choice. Rule 3 (or 2, or maybe 1) of my rules was if it's from the 60s, it'll have to try really hard to not be cool. The 2-door is from 1970 but just sneaks it.

Think of it as the current GTR's great grandad.

Cool.

In fact, if I win the lottery, I'm going to buy one instead of a Dolly Sprint.

Isn't Hakosuko "Dirty Box" in Japanese?

60s & 70s Japanese. Nuh-uh.

I don't think people who drive cars with interiors designed by the spice girls are allowed to comment.

The more I see Japanese cars from that era, the more I'm liking the look of them.

Cool

I had to put sub zero. My nephews skyline drift car is just unbelievably awsome, that whatever the year, it has to be up there with the best.

Office Chair.

I'm not quite sure. On the old fence about it.

I like it. I'm not sure the Mr or Mrs average would look at it and think 'cool'
However most petrolheads probably would think so.

Yeah just not sure

This ^^^

Plus the first shot we have the entire rear half of a 2002 and I'm not sure who got there first and if someone copied.

I'm a fan of the later R32-4 personally, even the 32 plastic stealth shed and 33 SX200-a-like.

how about posting the original image, rather than those pimped up cars?

Let's talk about coolness now

No, the standard version looks a bit dull, whereas the Skyline looks agressive.

I have posted a photo of Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R (PCG-10) the car that was the 'Hakosuka'. Sedan version was the first car and gained more victories than the coupe version that was introduced a bit later.

To be specific - should've said 'coupe'. It is me just being anal...

Here it is a factory stock photo of the PCG-10 Skyline GT-R coupe 'Hakosuka'

The GT-R has a front spoiler and the wheels properly fill out those arches and it might be a bit lower too. Perhaps sportier is a better word to use than aggressive.

sorry to ruin it, but I did post a photo of Skyline GT-R as it was made in a factory (may I point at the badge on the front grill?).

All those modifications you mentioned are aftermarket.
