Fiat 128 3P

Small, innovative, versitile - the 128 was driven by Enzo Ferrari at one point, long before it became a Zastava. The Rally and 3P were, and are, as cute as a button, slow, chuckable and utterly loveable.

bah - it's got purposeful twin headlight styling, bespoke baby exotic tail lights, mini-supercar touches here and there. All in a reliable, rust-free, pretty confection of italian styling and engineering.

Who could fail not to love it never or don't?

I like the front. Unfortunately the rest looks.. well a little Lada-ish.

It reminds me a little, just a wee bit, of the 127 Super that I bought brand new on an A plate.

Then enter the Unos'

I see what you mean, Zed. Like a slightly flattened out 127. Someone will tell us about angles and lines and curvature I expect.

It's a lovely little thing and looks better looking back than it did when a more common sight on the road but it's uncool.

I went cool, it has a quirkiness about it.

I really like these. Good looking, sweet free-revving engine, Italian. I think it just sneaks into cool.

I had two - both brilliant and practical little cars. Wheelarch liners from new meant rust was mainly in the doors and tailgate. Coke bottle Sport version preceded the 3P but was a little bit stumpy to look at.
