The train :(

The styling is very uncool but I don't know anything about the car - what engine did it have in it?

Ford's ****-poor V4 which also powered the Corsair, a few Transits, and some early Capris. The earlier ones were even more wrong in the styling stakes and date back to the days when Saab still thought the 2-stroke was the way to go.

It was the Taunus V4, a totally different engine to the Essex V4 used in British Fords.

You live and learn. I always assumed that Ford only had one V4 rather than two.

There's a subtle hint of Junior Zagato about the styling, especially from the rear view

I think cool, in a very quirky sort of way
