Petrolicious did a video on the 037 just recently:
Petrolicious Lancia 037 video
As you can see, they're sub zero but only owned by wealthy car collectors with posh accents. Minus one grade for unobtainable or undriveable museum piece = cool.

Definitely cool but with the rally pedigree, sub fricking zero....
While most of us will never get to drive, let alone own one, at least he drives it, alas the same can't be said about others who never use them as they're meant to

I'm afraid I don't think the rally version sounds very appealing. Particularly for the first minute or two before it starts driving, it reminds me of a 2-stroke dirt bike. Once it's underway, at best it sounds like a generic revvy 4-cylinder, at worst like some kind of supercharged chainsaw.
The road car's still cool though. Nothing short of actually having a 2-stroke dirt bike engine could change that.
