Iso Grifo

Penned by Giugiaro whilst working at Bertone, 395hp on the biggest engined version and just over 400 made. But is it cool?

Now that has serious style.
I once had an Iso Motorcycle which I thought was a really cool Franny Barnett or James but looking back it wasn't really it just rusted quicker

Sub-zero.

It's from the 60s, it oozes style, it's not as obvious as a Daytona, not a diffuser in sight.

Staggeringly beautiful car - Giugiaro at the top of his game.

Right up there with the Muira and Dino for '60s styling perfection.

Never seen one before, so cool on rarity value alone.

Not 100% keen on the styling though. From some angles it looks great, from others less so.

Bizzarini as a company had gone **** up by then I think. Bizzarini the man did the oily bits to go with Guigiaro's design. Sometimes they are flagged up as Iso-Bizzarini cars.

John Lennon reportedly owned one.

For mine, that ensures it's Sub-Zero.
