Saleen S7 Twin Turbo

An evolution of the original S7 introduced in 2000. The first one had a naturally aspirated engine, this one has twin turbos attached to it, and they give it a significant increase in power. The exterior body was tweaked as well. Needless to say, this is an insanely fast supercarcar, it was designed to be "a race car for the street".

Displacement: 6,997 cc
Aspiration: Twin Garrett GT35R Turbos
Power: 750 bhp (560 kW) @ 6,300 rpm
Torque: 700 lb·ft @ 4,800 rpm
Configuration: Mid-engined, rear-wheel drive
Weight: 1,338 kg (2,950 lbs)
0 - 60 mph: 3.2 seconds
0 - 100 mph: 6.2 seconds
0 - 1/4 mile: 10.6 seconds
Top speed: 248 mph (399.1 km/h)

What did it cost? Roughly?

Cheap enough to be slightly cool or stupid-expensive to make it very uncool?

It manages to look reasonably good and somewhat distinctive, which isn't always the case with rare mid-engined supercars. I almost gave it 'uncool' though, because I'd say you'd get stuck at the first speed hump. I wouldn't even like to try reversing that car to try to find an alternative route.
