Fiat Panda 100HP

Today we have a small panda with a not so small engine. Well, it's a smallish engine, but tuned to be powerful. It has disc brakes all around, ventilated at the front, and an uprated suspension in comparison to the garden-variety Panda. It's supposed to be a hoot to drive.

Engine: FIRE Straight 4
Displacement: 1,368 cc
Aspiration: Natural
Power: 100 bhp (75 kW) @ 6,000 rpm
Torque: 97 lb·ft @ 4,250 rpm
Drive: Front-wheel drive
Weight: 1,015 kg
0 - 62 mph: 9.5 seconds
Top speed: 115 mph

Re: Fiat Panda 100HP

For a second there I thought it was the return of a certain poster telling us how he'd rather be seen driving his Panda than a 3.2 Brera....

Solid for what it is but not a fan of the Panda personally.

A superb Q car looks like a Panda goes like Sh** off a shovel. An absolute hoot to drive.

Superb fun little car in small doses but a heinously uncomfortable ride.

Doesn't stop it from being cool though.

Re: Fiat Panda 100HP

For a small car, it starts off at the front with a bit of promise. Everything behind the B pillar, though..... just awful.
Uncool

Re: Fiat Panda 100HP

Not cool unless you're postman pat, can you really see a real bloke driving this sort of thing? If I rocked up to a day out with the lads in a Panda they'd be rolling around on the floor laughing ... 'but it goes quite well' ... 'bwaaaahahah'

It might be amazing fun to ride but then so might Jo Brand with all her feminist pent-up aggression. But that doesn't make her cool

I'd rather buy an old Mini 1275 GT and play with the engine, 100 bhp would go a lot better in an old mini and you would look cool(er)

Re: Fiat Panda 100HP

I like little fiats, but this aint the prettiest fiat around, by some margin, well beaten by 500, grande punto and bravo.
Oh and there's a manitou driver with one on a building site in Shrewsbury I have worked on - so some people think they are manly

its also older than all the above mentioned, prettier than most, but also agressive at the same time, good in black or blue
