Prettier than a pretty thing that won an award from Planet Pretty for being so pretty.

A very wise man once said that if it's from the 60s, it'll have to try very hard in order to be uncool. This is the living embodiment of that. It's incredibly pretty, it's not flashy, the interior is as lovely as the outside.

Sub zero.

Simply stunning.

The only possible downside in the cool stakes would perhaps be that (I suspect) only the richest of the rich could afford one.

I met a gentleman (‘Snow’) just after Easter this year from Queenstown (NZ) who owns a maroon 3500 GTi. We were in Arrowtown one Sunday afternoon. It was completely original. Ran beautifully. A lovely rasp to the exhaust as he departed. The engine bay was a work of automotive art. He was nice enough to lift the bonnet for me. I think he could hear both the enthusiasm and despair in my voice for the beauty of the older 60s engines compared to the aesthetic abomination of modern ones, using my 4C as an example of the latter.

Way off topic - But reminds me of that joke about the woman who went to Jamaica with some girlfriends and ended up cheating on her husband with a local guy called Snow. On the way back home she didn't know how she would ever be able to tell him that she'd had 10 inches of Snow in Jamaica every day!
