Honda CB750

The CB750 had a transverse, SOHC, straight four cylinder engine. It had a front disc brake. This was big stuff at the end of the 60's. Cycle magazine called it "the most sophisticated production bike ever". It was comfortable, could top 120mph and was reliable.

Next door had one. First bike I ever rode on. Awesome.

I love nekkid bikes. The desire to learn to ride one is high today as the sun is out.

Had a couple of Honda motorcycles, small ones prior to passing my test.

Then the beasts were unleashed.

My neighbours, five lads, were bike mad, I'm sure one of those will have been in the back yard and responsible for tearing around the estate.

I had a Honda C70, much the same, right?

Bikes do nothing for me to be honest.

I have used SevenFifty a few times. But all of them were a bit younger from end of 1990-es which were already DOHC with 16v. Could be wrong either. I am also "naked classic" lover but my bike religion force me to ride "muscle" one with top engine. This means that HONDA guy should use CB1300 or real Japanese X-4 which is probably not available in Europe. I am with my non-Honda analogue one till now. Anyway motocycle from 1960 is nice toy.

One hundred "powered horses" between legs are fantastic to "drink wind".

Cool on account of its age, but Honda bikes just leave me cold (NC30 and RC30 being the exceptions). A bit too efficient and lacking in the character that keeps bringing me back to irrational Italian bikes and big Triumph triples.
