Paint repair kit - clearcoat?

I am going to repair a stone chip on my Giulietta. The colour is Alfa Rosso and I have bought the paint repair kit from Alfa. I am just wondering why there isn't a clearcoat in the kit? Anyone knows if the kit is a "two in one" system where you don't have to apply clearcoat after you have applied the colour? Or do you have to buy the clearcoat separately?

I am guessing here but assumed the Alfa paint would include some clear paint or maybe this is already mixed within your bottle

Put some on a test piece first to see if it dries shiny. If it does you don't need clear.
Maybe they have stopped using clear over base for Rosso. That would be progress.
