Scrubbing up my 'cudas

The £10 Scratch Doctor alloy repair kits arrived, as did a rainy Saturday. Marvellous. Couldn't be doing with filling all the kurbing crevasses, just way too much work. Gave 'em a good scrub down with wet 1500 sandpaper and got pretty much most of the cracking and in-bedded dirt out of the rim cracks and dings. I let them dry, then pretty much slapped on the silver all round. Took about 4 hours in total. I am well chuffed with the result. They were really, really, bad though, so glad to give them a bit of a new lease of life. If you squint.
