Jeeessuuss!!!

Can't believe the state of my car. Just cleaned it and the rinse bucket was filthy. Now she looks fantastic though, wonder how long that will last.

We've gotta keep them clean guys, just to keep all the salt and crap off. Can't be any good for the paintwork but a word of advice. Be careful when washing, apart from nearly breaking my neck on the ice i induced some very light marring on the boot lid due to the amount of dirt on there. Nothing too bad but just make sure you soak the panels first before going anywhere near it with a wash mit. And perhaps load the bucket with more shampoo for a bit more lubrication.

try using cooler water this time of year, its denser, so actually freezes slower. I didn't believe it either, but its true. The less dense hot water freezes before it contracts.

My 166 is utterly disgusting, but as i'm going to a funeral tomorrow (great timing eh? poor guy was just 29 years old, too) it will get the attention of the local hand wash.

I'll wait until the weather is a bit better. As soon as it is washed it will just freeze over. Today was the warmest all week at about -1 Still loads of snow as well. Had a another wee flurry earlier this afternoon.

I'm glad I got the wheels waxed!!!!

Sunday looks a good day for cleaning the car, well above freezing and not raining or sleeting or snowing
