Whats the best winter tyre dressing?

Hi Guys

I just hate my tyres having that grey and drab look. No matter what dressing I use, the water on the road just seems to wash it off in a matter of days. I'm currently using Megs hot wheels or whatever its called. During the slightly better weather it looked good, but it's durability seems little better than cheaper products I have used.

One of my neighbours swears by cherry blossom! He uses it on his '67 beetle, but of course this is never out in the wet!!!

Meguiars Endurance (purple gel) is pretty good in the wet but it's a bit too glossy for me. I prefer the look of Swissvax Pneu, it's expensive but I think it's worth spending an extra few pence per application rather than having super shiney tires.

Well maybe this could be right up your street. Ive got the sample pack with this in and its great! It gives a satin finish which is lovely and can be used on other trim aswell. Watch the vid below. It sheets water like a mofo

FinishKare #108 - Top Kote Tire Dressing
Bugger, looks like I'll have to try that as well, I ordered this on Wednesday Products - Serious Performance

By the way ONR seems ok . I haven't tried it on a dirty car yet

Is it not all the salt they put on your roads in winter that wash off the product?

I find Megs Endurance Gel is very long lasting. If you don't want it too glossy then wipe off with an old cloth to leave a matt appearance.

Got the Finishkare tyre dressing sample. Love the nice satin finish it gives. Just need to see what the longevity is like. With all the salt that has been chucked down on the roads over the last few days they will most liley be white soon. I'll see how the midweek hozedown brings them up!
