What polish do you use & recommend on your Alfa

Hi all,

As the title says, i have always used either Autoglym or meguiars stuff when it comes to Polish etc.

I have already Clayed my alfa using Meguiars Quik Clay. And have used Zymol Polish.

Which products do you use/recommend on alfas..?

Cheers,

Lee

I have used lots of polishes, waxes, glazes etc.

At the moment I use DoDo Juice Lime Prime as a cleanser/polish then the Orange Crush soft paste wax;

And

I have also got some Chemical Guys stuff - "Butter Wet Wax" which is first rate for a high gloss shine; easy on, easy off too.

Personal preference but if you're going for the "high street" stuff, my preference would be Meguiars Gold Class.

Both Autoglym and Megs ranges have a big following, its just a personal choice which you prefer.....and they are the best stuff you can normally buy off the shelf.
If you dont mind buying online, then look into the stuff some detailing suppliers have.
Then Mothers, Clearkote, Chemical Guys and Poorboys are some American companies that have some great products at good prices.
So much choice out there these days online its hard to decide on what to buy..... I usually just read up on them as much as poss before choosing.

You don't say what colour your car is. This may well affect your choice of product.

Personally I use Menzerna and Meguiars polishes applied by machine and seal using the Car-Lack "Twins'. I then top these with a good carnauba wax like P21S or M16.

BTW don't confuse Polish and Wax. Two very different products with completely different properties.
