Headling

My kids seem to have a liking of putting dirty finger prints on the headlining of my car (no idea why they feel the need to put thier hands on the "ceiling" )

On past cars I have made the mistke of taling a wet cloth to the area and rubbing - with Disasterous results.

Any one with any tips on the best way to clean this?

All advice gratefully recieved.

Re: Headling

Use an all purpose cleaner like flash apc, then water it down 4-1 in a spray bottle, mist 12" area at a time and gently wipe with a microfibre cloth, try not to get it too wet too mate

Re: Headling

Autoglym's Fabric Stain Remover works very well on headlining. Just spray on, and work into the lining using a damp decoraters sponge.
