Could this be polished out?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of getting a detailed who knows what they are doing to restore and protect the paint on my j10 spider, the paint is good except one place and it would be nice to have the whole car look great for what the bumper will cost me to get painted.

The paint work is good all over the car except the corner of the rear bumper.

Do you think these scratches on the rear bumper could be buffed/polished out or am I'm wasting my time and get the bumper resprayed? I tried giving it a good once over with McGuire paint restore stuff but didn't make any real difference, hoping a pro might be able to sort it?

you'll improve it but it think that looks like it's been cleaned with a scourer. think it's beyond saving.
