Heavy Duty Drop Links

Hi,

We now stock heavy duty rear anti roll bar drop links for the rear of Alfa 156, 147 and GT's
The heavy duty ones are made from steel, have larger ball joints and use a different lubricant.
These have not been uploaded to our Web Shop as yet.

Drop Links

Hi,

Have not had chance to get on here for a while. They only arrived last week and hopefully will be priced up tomorrow.
At the moment we are only going to sell the rears. The reason for this is because the front links run very close to the nearside front brake pipe. The heavy duty links have a larger ball joint and rod making them run closer still.
We had a GT in a couple of weeks ago that had no brake pipe retaining clip on the nearside allowing the pipe to move under stress. Our concern is that the links could rub through the brake pipe causing a failure. We saw this happen many years ago on a 156 T/S.
