Hi guys I know it's been discussed on here a lot, but maybe you can help me out. Yesterday evening I was driving the mito 09 1.4tb and it was raining quite heavily all of a sudden the check engine light came on with vdc asr hill holder and steering. And then the temp gauge dropped and the car fan started. I checked this morning and whenever I start the car everything pops up again and the engine fan goes on. Oil and water is all fine and car drives perfectly no limp mode at all

Any help

I agree that the battery being low is the most likely cause.

However, checking the voltage with the engine running is more a test of the alternator than of the battery.

Battery voltage with engine stopped is better, getting the battery properly tested is even better.

Voltages are good.
You said it rained heavy, maybe a short circuit somewhere because of that?
And you can test batteries with special equipment, amp cold start etc.
But i would keep an eye on it see if it stays away, does it happen again then i would search further.
