Mito instrument panel cluster

Hello All,
I'm trying to remove the instrument cluster on Mito to fix the surround gauge lighting on temperature gauge but not having luck.
I've undid top two screws of cluster and lowered steering column and pulling with no movement so presume there are other attachments.
Two questions:
1. Are there other clips/connections holding cluster in place that I also need to get to?
2. On temp gauge - needle lighting works but background gauge lighting not working - is this an easy fix or not worth my trouble.?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
David D

Thanks JnL for taking time to upload video - this is exactly what i was after. To think someone actually filmed themselves removing cluster - car enthusiasts (Alfa) are truly amazing.
I'm guessing it will be a problem with circuit board at back of cluster (effecting lighting on temperature gauge) I presume there are technicians around that can test these. Living in a country town doesn't help but i will phone around. Thanks for video i will go ahead confidently and give it a crack. Cheers, David.
