Go to an Alfa Romeo Meet.
Take off your fuel flap.
Find other people with blue Alfas.
Take off their fuel flap, and put theirs on yours.
Observe differences in colour.
If same colour, hope that they have paint code sticker.
Return fuel flap
Say thank you
Record paint code.
If you want the paint code for touch up paint, it is probably better to just get a paint shop to scan the paint you have on your car now. As the paint on your car now will have probably faded from the factory. And the factory paint code won't quite match your colour.
I would say we have the same colour. Here is a pic of my sticker. Furthermore, there was only one real blue available. The others were Gabbiano blue which is a very light gray/blue and there was also cosmos blue which is almost black.
Mine is missing the sticker but 442/B is listed on an old invoice
