Two LED's under the DRL's

I've had my Guilia a whole week now and still learning a lot about what the car can and can't do. I've even read the manual for anyone who has seen my posts about Satnav and Stop Start. However there appears to be 2 LED's ubder the DRLs in the headlight that I don't know how to switch on or what they are for? Anyone know the answer?

Some cars use the “fog lamps “
Parameters are similar with in headlamp SBL.

Do a tight turn in the dark at low speed and you'll see the road light up.
