Need to access inside the door rocker to fix dent using the paint less repair - is the best access via the wheel arch (after wheel liners off) or can it be accessed after the door sill is removed.
Never heard anyone outside the USA refer to them as rockers before! Took me a while to realise what they were talking about over on the Charger Forum!...outer sill. I don't think you could repair that with PDR...too far along the sill and too narrow a working space (between the inner and outer sill) to get enough purposeful leverage....and secondly that is a structural body part, so rather thicker metal than the other body panels. That would need to be pulled out. Paint removed...little body pull rods welding along the dent and slide hammered out then resprayed after. An expert at PDR might disagree...but that's my take on it.
