Rough Start 159 1.9Jts

I have a 2009 1.9 Jts model
Did anyone get a fault on the startup with rough idle?
I get a P0300 and P0302 code after the engine light comes up. If I start the car the second time the problem goes away. This only happens first start in the morning.
I already replaced the injector plug on cylinder 2 but still no good.
Some information would be appreciated.

Could this cause any issue? Tip of rubber damaged.

Depends how badly its damaged, the picture doesn't really give much away.

If its arcing over to the sparkplug well, instead of through the plug, its possible, but would probably misfire an awful lot more.

Alfa Romeo 159 Ruff idling at start. Solenoid Valves

I got another error code on the list when I did a diagnostic test. P0011.
After reading a few comments online I decided to check the cam sensors and Solenoid valves.
I got a surprise, Solenoid valves were dirty. I think when I start the first time in the morning the oil does not move as it should through the intake solenoid valve. After the second start it is better but there was still not the smoothest acceleration during normal drive.

After cleaning the car started nicely and revs were normal. Engine was cool after a few hours.
Final test to be done in the morning on first start.
