So the mix control is operating on both sides when temp adjusted on the panel?

If so the issue must be internal then mix flap fallen off or something?

You said in 1st post everything is moving so I assumed you operated controls and watched them move?
Operate the drivers temp through whole range and see if one of the control actuators moves from end to end

Not 100% sure but I think if you remove centre console there is the mix flap control behind there in the heater box. There’s a motor for each side have a check to make sure they move in relation to the control setting and that the mechanism
It controls moves.
Not uncommon for plastic parts to break

No it won’t be a radiator/ matrix as it’s shared for both sides.
It will be a mix flap as already suggested, just because scan shows ok does not prove the flap is working just the motor is doing as requested and reaching correct position.
You need to strip the box and locate mix flap, have you taken the centre console out and had a look?

No idea what n79 is as the link doesn’t work. Assuming it’s a motor but I suspect that is fine it will be what’s after the motor that is causing the issue. Gears, link rod or whatever transfers movement from motor to flap motion or indeed the flap itself fallen off

Garage
Is your climate control a dual zone control?
Is so have you tried to set it to mono to see if the temperature control is ok?
