Hmmm Insurance Renewal - Where Do I Go Next?

I recently received my car insurance renewal quotation from Chris Knott and unfortunately Adrian Flux was only able to match it, after a bit of gentle persuasion.

So therefore the question is, where do I go next for a cheaper quote?

I've tried Confused which got me somewhere near and Elephant which was almost double!

If you want, you can PM me some contact details and a reference and I'll have someone take another look into it and give you a call.

Cheers,

Dan

Good man, Dan.

Try Bell Ros. I know a few people who have got very good quotes from them recently. They are part of admiral.

Clare & I stayed with Chirs Knott last year only because we couldn't be doing with getting all the proof of NCB and papers together. AF matched (and very slightly bettered) the CKI AROC quote and our interactions with them were first class. I don't think you'd go wrong with either.

My only comment is that both are specialist to our needs and given my recent experiences that proved to be worth its' weight in gold. I was dealth with very well, the payout was excellent and the claim handling / pursuit of out of pocket & injury claim / aftercare (physio etc) has been amazing.

Try Auto Direct - The cheapest insurance or your money back and then go back to CKI.

What's the chances of them finding some small discrepancy between the two polices and not refunding my cash?

Re: Insurance Renewal - Where Do I Go Next?

Up to you. I renewed both the 147 and the Brera with CKI again and they were happy to match the quotes I got from Auto Direct without any fuss. I made a good saving, was happy with the cover and the service was professional and courteous, so big thumbs up from me.

I emailed AF on the 147 and never had a reply, so didn't bother with them on the Brera.

I'm with bell and paying just over a grand on a 147 GTA with on 15k miles per year so I recommend them. Esspecially since everywhere else i tried was quoting about 3 times as much.

Re: Insurance Renewal - Where Do I Go Next?

We went with More Than for both cars this year; £273 for the spider, £329 for the GTA.

Having looked around the price comparison sites these were the best price/cover combination.
