What Modification options do you select

Hi,
I've recently had my car modded to have the Mangoletsi Mod1 & 2 (Turbo boost pressure recalibration & the autodelta tuning box).

The query i have is, when I have done some online insurance quotes, what options to you select from the drop down list of modifications you get given...

Am curious to know, as I have had a quote from Flux, but have put some quotes into some of the insurance panel sites (such as ( comparethemarket / rac etc) and am getting a cheaper price...
Questionis how do a know i've selected the right mod??

Can anyone help me here?
