Wave Cost to insure Y (01) plate 156 1.8 Twin Spark

33yrs old, driving for 5 1/2 years, missing "no claims" as my first 2 cars were company cars (a 53 plate Renault Laguna 1.9DCi and a 56 plate Peugeot 407 2.0TD - both brand new).

The company went under, and as the cars were leased by the company, I obviously had to hand the last one back - but have no record of no claims etc.

Most quotes I've run through seem to fall in the region of £650 - which I thought was quite high for a 1.8 considering I'm 33 and been driving for over 5 years.

Never had a claim for or against - although I appreciate that without a bit of paper saying "no claims" that statement might be worthless?

Quite a lot of companies will give a discount to previous company car drivers.

Try Chris Nott. They are quite good on the newish stuff.
