No, I have not driven it. I know why they are shaped like this, I'm just saying they don't look as good as they could. But its a matter of taste, some like it some don't, just like the headlights.

I guess the most important thing is are they usefull.

Hi guys,

I bought a 4C last month...here's some pictures for you to enjoy.
Love driving the car, constantly drive with the windows down, to hear the exhaustnoise bounce off buildings, bridges and tunnelwalls :-)

Lots at SCARB Zandvoort.

Look quick & sound great on track but sound pants at idle / low speeds.

Grey is my favourite colour from the ones I've seen although I bought a Red 1:18th scale version

Were they all launch editions with the sports exhaust system fitted? Or did you hear some of the quieter ones? I've not heard a standard one in the flesh yet, just LE models.

a 1750 should not scream at idle. I love the fact that it's quiet at idle, and not like lambo that starts at 4000 rpm.

Who was that then in the 4C on the A24 heading south toward Worthing this morning (28th Aug)? The driver was a young bloke, I'm sure he had a grin on his face.

Location makes sense as CRF (centro richerche Fiat) is situated in Orbassano CRF do a lot of the validation and homologation testing. Its also overflow office space when Mirafiori is full.

I know the area. It's where I saw my first 4C out of captivity being tested. It's probably one of those in the yard now . Did look good in Matt black !

There's a small track at CRF just of Coso Orbassano I doubt the 4c would get out of 3rd round it. I would imagine there are a few scrappers near Pomgliano D'arco if they still do gasoline calibration at Elasis.

I visited the Maserati factory in Modena today. It's 4C heaven - the place is full of them in the final stages of assembly. All absolutely gorgeous.
Controversially, I have to say I prefer the original lights - especially with the carbon fibre housings.

Not surprised the factory is full of them. Mines been built for 3 months and is still languishing in Modena! I saw with my own eyes on Alfas computer system, it was due to leave the factory during week 32 - 4 weeks ago - still no sign and my dealer can't get an explanation for the delay. The Italian eccentricity is now starting to become a bit frustrating!

Maybe it's the quality control that's slowing things down. They do seem to be going through the same rigorous process as the Maseratis. Hopefully, it'll be worth the wait!

Do you have the 2nd one in high resolution? At least 1600x1200 would be great - think I've just found my new desktop background

Stunning car
