Yes, I read it on Auto Edizione too. How much sweeter does that look. Shame about some of the US bulges, but hey, looks great

Yep, that does look hideous.

Still the headlights look great, a huge improvement over the original shockers.

I much prefer the look of the Spider overall though.

Do not like. Makes it look bug eyed (in a different way to the spider eyes of the proper lights).

Dont like the new headlights. Always loved the original ones.. And hate the bumperretes.

I do however like the leather stitched dash..

I like the coupe, looks a more complete shape to my eyes, so with the better lights its pretty perfect. Wouldn't say no to a spider though

Also, how is this for a quote:
Mr Cadiz (spokesman for Alfa) added: "We do have more products to come - know that we wouldn't start now unless we were truly ready."

I wonder if the original headlights will now be withdrawn and the car be offered only with these Spider headlights? I cannot imagine a lot of demand to go towards the original headlight design if these ones are available and it would probably be a cost saving to only produce one type of headlight for the car?

Cost saving isn't as important if you have a line of people round the block waiting to buy ...

I think its a case of 'suck it and see' as far as Alfa is concerned. They have reacted to criticism and introduced the new lights on the spider and as option on the coupe. So my guess is they will monitor initial take up and again react accordingly. I cant see them dropping the originals until at least the initial orders have been satisfied. Some people like them after all, plus all orders were placed for cars with this design, so it would be wrong to change something as significant, don't you think?

What I think is those headlights are the way the 4C should have been launched, but wasn't due to x, y, z etc etc.

Looks bloody amazing from a design aesthetic point of view.

Love it. End of.
