The dealer emailed me back. They had a meeting. They were promised the specs pack will be out in 2-3 weeks.

Bad news deliveries been pushed back to Q4

They originally said Q3. Alfa Aus promised price to be part of the spec package. So hopefully 2-3 weeks to go.

Latest update: spec packs not out yet. National sales manager promising it will be very soon.

Sometimes I'm tempted to sell my slot!!

There will be opportunity for people who put deposits to see the car in the flesh in the upcoming months.

Tell me about it!!

He was also mentioning that the LE might be significantly more expenses due to LCT. But all depends on fuel economy.

The Melbourne Murdock rag had a story last Friday (from Carsguide) that claimed 300 4C's would be coming to Australia this year. Sounds ridiculously optimistic to me. And the fact that there is a special Launch Edition wasn't mentioned at all. The bulk of the article was from the Press launch in Italy, which is hardly new information!

At this stage, the 4C will retail in Australia upon release as follows:

Basic spec: $100,000+

LE spec: $120,000+

Still want to sell your slot?

Where did you get that info from Classico? Pricing hasn't been set yet by Italy and it won't be until right before the launch due to uncertainty with the AUD.
