BBR 1:43 Scale 4C Model

BBR have got pre-orders open on their 1:43 scale model of the LE 4C. Even more exclusive than the actual car with only 200 being made. Available in Red or Matt White.

They are around €118 (€98 outside Europe).

The Freccia d'oro look like they could be good too.

That's going to be a seriously small model though at around 9cm am I wrong?
At that size they have to be really well made to look good.

Has anyone ever seen or bought a model from them?

I've never bought a BBR model, but I've heard good things about them. It is owned by the same family who owns Looksmart and MR Models, which is Ferrari's official supplier for the complimentary customized scale models they send to all customers when they buy new Ferraris. So you probably have one of their models, unless you bought your Cali preowned.

That's because that was a model of the Concept

I know the ones on the online store are Amalgam, I'm talking about a different sort of model. When a customer orders a new Ferrari, they receive a complimentary 1/43 scale model of their new car, customized to match their car's specs. Those are made by MR Models: Special Series Ferrari Owners

The MR models look like a nice gift while you wait for your Ferrari.

SR's 4C model is the one I've got, nicely detailed and probably the closest I'll get to 4C ownership.

I just got confirmation from the dealer that I will be getting a 1/18 model of the car with the full specs and chassis number before receiving the car!
It seems this will be done only for buyers of the LE

1/18 model is fantastic...Even bigger than what Ferrari gives!!!!

This is true. It was meant to be a surprise for 4C LE buyers..

But all LE buyers will get a scale of their actual car.

For 1:43rd buyers only, the model was supposed to be ready on 15/6 but still shows pre-order

The LE 1/18 is being gifted to those purchasing a LE and NOT available for sale. The normal version of the 4C is available for purchase at 1/18. AR wouldn't allow BBR to sell the LE version - even the scale model is exclusive!!!!

It seems strange (probably they made a mistake) but on their website they show a picture of a normal white but mention Launch Edition though:

Yes. I queried that the day it was made available and they said AR wouldn't allow them to model the LE for sale. That's when they let the cat out of the bag about LE owners getting one from AR as a gift.
