Oh no, it looks as though the rear diffuser has melted!

Anyone know what the number 27 on the car means?

Mito 1.4 16v.

No idea Perreby, but that car is looking fantastic in production trim (wheels and cloverleaf).

21st century stratos...

Only critique is that those wheels are looking lost in those giant arches...

Looks like we're in for a bucket load of hate from those who don't like the Giulietta front.

4C looks amazing to me. I'll take a Blu one.

I don't like the front of the Giulietta but I'm OK with that of the 4C. The concept headlights were nicer than the production ones but it's not surprising the concept ones didn't make it.
I do have a problem with this warped rear diffuser though.

It's not looking quite as nice as the concept.
I know it's heavily disguised, but the following look to have changed.
Door has changed shape at the front - just a straight line down now
Side window slightly more angular.
Little infill piece top corner of door - maybe so that the window can drop down into the door?
What looks like Mito mirrors - which could of course be temporary.

Still great looking of course, but not quite as wow. Sadly can't afford one anyway.

Lets hope the rear lights stay the same as in the concept and not the Mito ones on the mule! It looks awesome and hopefully kickstart Alfa's resurgence .

The rear lights will be the MiTo lights. No way the fibre optics would be used in the production car unfortunately...

they'd better put concept lights for the price they'll be charging. maybe doing just a whole ring rather than the segmented design of the concept would workout

The most clever way to do it would be a new version of the Mito taillight which then appears on a QV or facelift Mito once the aficionados aspire to it!

Mito 1.4 16v.

To be fair, if there is ONE detail I'd prefer they took from the Mito, it is definitely the rear lights. They're gorgeous.

IMHO the rear lights are the best design detail of the Mito – inspired by classic Italian sports cars. So I think they match the 4C very well. If 4C and Mito facelift launch with an updated version (maybe the indicator part) – fine!
