3,500 miles (5,600km) in 3 months, and already gone through 4 different countries, done Le Mans, Nurburg Ring, Brands Hatch and Silverstone.

Anyone want to drive down to Salzburg with me mid September for Cars and Coffee Austria? Going down a few days earlier for some sneaky Tirol and Sud Tirol passes (Austrian and Italian Alps). Oh and stopping at Oktoberfest for a couple of days after the event.

Don't garage queen them!!!!

Bought the Spider with 2000 miles in May. Now on 6500 miles after a great summer and an Epic trip to Italy. Will be doing a lot less over the next few months.

What did you do with luggage?

Definately not going to fit mine and my wifes stuff for nearly 2 weeks away. The boot space will be completely full with just a leder hossen and a dirndle.

Also when I was looking at buying my 4C, I remember a white 14 plate that had 35,0000 miles on the clock.

The seat back pocket, which I found by accident a couple of weeks ago trying to retrieve a mobile phone, would easily accept a vacuum packed dirndl. I'd recommend stopping out Erding/Ebersberg way some nice back roads, you can get to the Wiesen easily by SBahn.

I had a small suitcase and my wife has a soft rucksack, Managed to get it all in. Additional jackets and stuff went in the passenger foot well and along side the front seats (There is a good gap for a hoodie for example between the seat and the tub.

We took a weeks worth of clothes and did one wash while we were out there (our house out there has a washing machine). The only other option was to courier some clothes but managed to do without that in the end.

Packing cubes will help. You can buy them on amazon and then you have a lot of small bags to use which saves a lot of space. One cub can store 5-6 T shirts. for example.

The boot needed a bit of force to close but zero issues.
