If you want to use both use the sealant first, as it needs a clean panel to bond too. It won't bond to a waxed surface.

Some people use one or the other and some use both, a sealant for the protection and a wax to improve the looks, although a wax like 476s offer fantastic protection in it's own right, but thats because it's a wax/sealant hybrid.
