Hi all,
My name is Tim, live in Leeds. I am 30 and about to be married this year. I have a lovely daughter who is 7 and i work as a national accounts manager.
Looking forward to meeting some of you.
I dropped a post in the global new members section but thought I'd introduce myself to the good honest Yorkshire folk in person also.
I've only just got my first Alfa - a black 147 called Alcinia (photo at
). Picked her up last weekend from nr Tickhill and drove her back to Sheffield and not used her since as I'm paranoid about the timing belt. The bloke from the garage picked her up about an hour ago to get that sorted then she's in for a right good thrashing!
My wife says she'll divorce me if I start going on local Alfa meets etc but I'll probably just do it anyway so hopefully will get to meet up with some like minded local folk.
I have seen a couple of Mito's around my area lately (Baildon, Shipley). Just wanted to know if any of you were members on here and which engine and trim you have on your pieces of art. Mine is the Alfa Metallic Red Veloce with the side and top Alfa logo graphics.
Do you have an 2010 plate as I've seen you drive through leeds city centre, nice car, I have a black mito with italian stripes and a regazzo exhaust for the noise
My name is Andrew and I was born and raised in York. I know live 10 miles noorth of York with my wife Sarah and my 2 & 1/2 year old Tasmanian Devil of a duaghter called Abigail (she's lovely really!)
Just about to hit the order button on a 159 TBi Ti 4 door in Alfa Red.......12 week delivery
I'll post some pics when I get it and I will attend meet ups as I really enjoy such things.
P.S. I did have a 156 2.0 TS SP2 in the past. Great car apart from the gearbox failure at 18 miles on the clock!!
Me and my partner have just put a deposit down on a 147 jtd m-jet, Due to pick it up in the next week or so. I will be sure to post pictures up This will be my first alfa and have always longed for one, i have tried the rest and still found myself envying people i see in alfa's around town. Lets hope she's a good one.
Noob Alert. Just like to say Hi to everyone. I'm Mike from Hull. At the moment I'm Alfaless (got badly bitten by one a few years ago) but hope to own one in the 'near future'.
James in Huddersfield and I'm finally back after a year or two without an Alfa. Just paid the deposit on my new car 2005 05 Alfa Romeo 147 1.6 TS Lusso.
Back in 09 I had a lovely 2.0 GTV TS in Proteo Red sadly it was costing me too much to run and I had to let it go. So after a 1.6 focus and a Mazda 6 2.0 I'm back and glad to be.

Hi all,
Im mikey, 20, been on here about a year and only just getting round to introducing myself, oops. I live near a town called Penistone and if you havnt heard of it before, yes I have spelt it right. I'm a technician at Jaguar in Wakefield and love my job.
I drive a white MiTo Cloverleaf that you will probably hear before you see as it is a little loud. I have done a few bits and bobs to it (black roof vinyl, black front grilles, aftermarket airfilter, custom exhaust with no silencers and had it remapped). Got some more plans for it like lowering and widening but thats after xmas when funds will allow.
Thats about it really, hope to meet a few of you soon on a few meets.
I'd be interested to know what you did to extract 200 bhp out of the mito, there are plans afoot for a rolling road day early next year if your up for it.
Cloverleaf's are currently at 170bhp already so 200bhp won't be that difficult. Still very interested in what mine is just hoping I'm not disappointed and Mango's haven't taken me for a ride.
