Anyone up for a rolling road day?
I wondered if anyone else in Yorkshire wants to get their car tested on the dyno? Has there been an event like this before for Alfas in Yorkshire?

Not sure where the nearest dyno is in North Yorkshire. Would definitely be more fun if a few of us did this as opposed to just me. A nice drive through the dales would be great too afterwards for a pub meal..

rstuning.co.uk is the closest one suitable for an alfa gathering, means anyoen with a selespeed can get an accurate reading on their Dyno Dynamics machine.
there's another nearby but their Mahe machine doesn't give accurate readings for sele's as it requires a coast down in neutral, which a sele cannot do.

I guess it will take place when all the interested parties are free Not sure how many people we need to make it worthwhile, but maybe if we get enough we can get a discount?

look at rstuning.co.uk for prices. think it's £45 for power run with printout.
if that's where the plan is to go, then that price is likely to be a max price, places usually offer group discounts, especially for owner's clubs.

Yes, I'd be interested too, subject to when it will be and me being free.

In other news, just had the thermostat replaced on car. Thing is, cars always feel quicker before being up-to temp (in my experience) so it doesn't feel quite as hard hitting as it did before!
